We are expanding our Partnership department and are looking for a Partner Relations Manager. If you are responsible, attentive to details, an expert in your field, we are waiting for your resume.

The vacancy is open for our office in Lviv.< /p>

Your duties will include:

• Execution of the Member Success Process;
• Daily communication with representatives of participating companies through various communication channels connection;
• A thorough understanding of the projects and products of the Cluster, possession of basic information on all projects and an understanding of whom to contact for consultation;
< li style="font-style: normal; font-weight: 400">Collection of feedback, wishes and comments from stakeholders and development of solutions;
• Monitoring the activity of Cluster participants, involving them in projects and generating reports on this;
• Sales of internal services and products of the Cluster to participating companies;
• Building and monitoring the implementation of the communication process with customers of all departments of the organization.

• English at B2+ level;
• Excellent communication skills;
• Sales experience;
• Negotiation skills;
• A friendly approach to establishing communication, the ability to identify "pains" and find ways to solve them;
• Risk management skills;
