What will we do do:

• Communicate with clients: respond to their inquiries through chats.
• Resolve minor technical issues: for example, help recover a forgotten password.
• Help with registration and payments: and everything related.
• Refer more complex questions to other departments, but be the one who collects all the information so that the client gets an answer.

Who we are looking for:

• A person, who is fluent in German (B2 and above).
• Friendly PC user b>: you know how to use a computer and are not afraid of new software.
• A natural communicator: you can do everything in writing and orally explain clearly and understandably.
• Experience in customer support is a plus, but not critical.
