Medical project coordinator (Project Coordinator) in Fortityud YuA, Blagodiyniy fond

Fortitude UA Charitable Foundation invites professionals who are ready to contribute to the development of medical care in Ukraine to cooperate! We are looking for a coordinator for our medical humanitarian project.

Fortitude UA Charitable Foundation works in the humanitarian direction of HEALTH, providing medical assistance to the population of Ukraine, in particular to residents of remote, de-occupied and front-line communities. One of the key activities of the foundation is the implementation of mobile medical clinics in cooperation with international partners. In our work, we are guided by the principles of human rights, equality, non-discrimination and responsibility.

Main duties:

• Coordination of the implementation of all stages of the project;

• Monitoring of quantitative and qualitative indicators of project effectiveness;

• Coordination of the work of the mobile team with communities and representatives of the local administration;

• Direct participation in field visits of the team once a month to control and improve processes;

• Cooperation with local authorities, medical institutions and international partners;

• Collection, analysis and preparation of reports regarding the implementation of the project;

• Development and implementation of procedures to ensure the effective operation of the project;

• Control over the use of project resources (equipment, medicines, transport).

Requirements for the candidate:

• Experience in coordinating humanitarian or medical projects, international organizations - from 3 years;

• Higher education (medical, social or managerial - an advantage);

• Knowledge of the health care system and the needs of local communities;

• Strong organizational and communication skills;

• Knowledge Ukrainian language - mandatory; English - at the level of reading professional documentation (preferably Proficiency C1–C2);

• Experience of working with international organizations will be an advantage;

• Readiness for field trips and frequent business trips.
