We are currently looking for a Voluntary Health Insurance Support Specialist (remote work)

Who are we looking for? A DMS expert who will strengthen our team and help with additional support of DMS processes, together with other divisions of DTEK.

Main tasks:

• Working with employee appeals (analysis of appeals, consultations and expertise, resolution of disputed issues)
• Support of employees injured as a result of hostilities.
• Expertise and internal reporting on refusals, compensation, corporate limits, etc.
• Monitoring complex cases
• Organization of planned corporate events (preventive medical examination, vaccination, first-aid kit, etc.)
• Conducting meetings with partners
• Participation in the preparation of communication materials and a tender request for the purchase of DMS services
• Conducting meetings with employees at the stage of launching contracts and during the year (if necessary)
• Conducting periodic quality control of the provision of services by partners
• Participation in other projects of the division

Our candidate:

• Higher medical education
• Relevant work experience of at least 3 years
• Knowledge of the specifics of DMS
• Experience in medical examination (analysis of cases, diagnoses and appointments taking into account medical terminology, treatment protocols, medical literature, including international, etc.)
• To possess the basics of general theoretical disciplines to the extent necessary for solving professional tasks
• The ability to independently organize working hours, set priorities and be attentive to details
• Negotiation skills and the ability to find the best solution in any situation
• Quick response to emergencies
