Your project: AdConnect . It is a business that specializes in building communication platforms as well as SaaS solutions for traffic management and user retention. Our project portfolio includes: web products in the social discovery niche, advertising network, SaaS solutions for user retention. Our products have an audience of millions of users from different parts of the world - North and South America, Europe, Australia and the list of markets is constantly growing.

We are looking for a talented and ambitious Middle-level Product Analyst who knows how to successfully combine different aspects into a single and efficient process. If you're ready to work with key monetization metrics, including advertising metrics and user retention metrics, then you're welcome!

Our tools:

● Vertica for data;
● Tableau for visualization;
● Prefect2 and Python for building analytical pipelines and conducting in-depth research.

You will:

● Generate hypotheses for the growth of metrics, validate them with A/B testing;
● Analyze key monetization indicators and identify potential growth points, search and optimize bottlenecks;
● Visualize research results, develop informative dashboards;
● Work with the team to achieve product OKRs.

About you:

● Work experience in an analytical position for more than a year;
● Confident command of SQL;
● Willingness to quickly learn new information;
● Understanding of basic statistical concepts and methods of data analysis;
● Experience with data visualization tools (preferably Tableau);
● Strong soft skills.

Will be a plus:

● Understanding of basic marketing and product metrics;
● Experience in conducting A/B tests and evaluating product changes;
● Experience with Python.
