In 2026, we actively we scale both projects and dream teams. Therefore, to strengthen the Media Buying department, we are looking for a Media Buyers TikTok Team Lead.

Your future tasks:

• team management specialists;

• formation of strategy and cost budgets;

• analysis of advertising effectiveness, approaches and funnels;

• creation of new approaches and funnels;

• development and scaling of advertising campaigns to achieve planned KPIs;

• formation of reporting on FTD, costs, ROI and other indicators.

 Your skills:

• experience of working with TikTok Ads from 1 year;

• experience of working as a Team Lead from 6 months;

• experience of launching and managing advertising campaigns with budgets from $50,000 / month;

• experience working with agency and farm accounts;

• experience working with analytical systems, trackers and anti-detection browsers;

• team management, process building and mentoring skills.

 Desirable, but not critical:

• experience in the position of Team Lead in the field of iGaming.
