Duties
Tasks: • Launch, manage and scale advertising campaigns in TikTok Ads (main focus) • Work with traffic in vertical iGaming / casino • Analysis of campaign effectiveness, optimization of creatives and communication • Scaling of profitable campaigns with a focus on ROI, CPA, LTV • Testing hypotheses, formats and approaches in TikTok • Working with tracking and analytics through Keitaro, PWA services and related tools • KPI management and responsibility for financial results • Interaction with creative and analytical teams
Must have:
2+ years of experience in media buying
Practical experience with TikTok Ads
Experience in iGaming / gambling or strong experience in "white" verticals with a desire to move to gray hat (casino)
Understanding the principles of scaling paid social traffic
Experience with Keitaro and PWA-services
Analytical thinking, working with KPIs and hypotheses
Independence and result-oriented
