Junior specialist in telecommunications engineering (Technical support) in Teltonika IoT Group

We are looking for a Junior Telecommunication Engineering Specialist to strengthen our ambitious technical support team in Kyiv.

You will work with the world's leading network solutions and improve your skills.

Teltonika's Network Solutions division designs and manufactures industrial and enterprise connectivity equipment, primarily routers, switches, gateways and modems. Our network devices serve customers in the most challenging areas of Industry 4.0, Smart City and Green Energy.

In this role you will:
*Advise customers on the use of our products in their solutions and resolve their issues related to Teltonika Networks products, both in writing and during online/offline meetings.
*Independently resolve technical issues arising from client configuration, firmware/software and other sources.
*Prepare documentation for internal and external use (e.g. Teltonika Wiki).
*Act as a liaison between the client and Teltonika Networks RnD on complex tasks.
*Gain hands-on experience with Linux-based OS, industrial protocols, various network services, and sometimes with third-party peripherals devices.

What we expect from you:
*Good communication skills and etiquette both spoken and written.
*Ability and motivation to help others.
*Computer networking basics.
*Good command of English (written and spoken).
*Ability to work in a dynamic environment.
*Ability generate technical documentation.
*College or equivalent technical/engineering education would be a plus.
*Previous technical support experience would be a plus.
*Knowledge or certification in CCNA or similar courses would be a plus.
