Meal specialist, data analyst in Klub dobrodiyiv, Blagodiyniy fond

Hello! We are the Charitable Foundation "Klub Dobrodiyiv", an all-Ukrainian charitable organization that has been helping Ukrainian children and teenagers since 2016. During our work, we:

• realized more than 150 life-changing projects that gave children new opportunities;
• united more than 1,000 responsible adults into a community of support;
• raised more than 200 million hryvnias, which turned into tangible changes for teenagers — those who will soon shape the future of Ukraine;
• supported more than 300,000 children and teenagers from all over the country during a full-scale war;
• and opened Place of Strength — a transformative space for supporting and developing teenagers! More than 20,000 visitors have visited Place of Strength since its opening.

Now we are in a period of scaling and major organizational transformation. We are calling for additional forces in the team who will support our plans, share the ambitions and values ​​of supporting teenagers! Among other roles, we are looking for a talented person to fill the role of Meal mmanager!

TASKS REQUIRED DO:

1. Develop and implement a unified monitoring and reporting system for all programs and projects of the foundation.

2. Create interactive Power BI dashboards for management, team and donors.

3. Analyze large volumes of data from various sources, structure and clean them.

4. Form analytical reports (monthly, quarterly, donor) and visualization of results.

5. Coordinate the process of data collection and verification from teams and partners.

6. Support teams in the correct collection of data: create templates, instructions, provide support.

7. Ensure compliance of data with donor requirements and internal standards.

For this, you need to be able to:

• think systematically and see logic in the chaos of data, structure information and find relationships;

• be attentive to details and at the same time maintain a strategic vision;

• explain complex things simply, conduct constructive communication with colleagues and partners;

• understand the logic of donor reporting, working with indicators, results (outputs/outcomes) and means of verification;

• possess English at a level sufficient to work with technical documentation, donor templates and analyticalwe are reports.

Tools that must be mastered:  

• Power BI - creation of interactive dashboards, Power Query, DAX, table connections, dynamic analytics;
• Excel (advanced level) - complex formulas, pivot tables, Power Pivot, Power Query, visualization data;
• Google Sheets — integration with Airtable, AppScript, building forms and analytics.
• Data cleaning,Data logic;
• Survey & Monitoring tools — Google Forms, KoboToolbox, Typeform or similar.
