MEAL-officer / Specialist in monitoring and evaluation in CASERS

CASERS medical aid organization has projects in the field of medicine in the frontline regions in the south of Ukraine. We are looking for a specialist in monitoring and evaluation for project activities.

The list of key responsibilities includes:

• Preparation of registration forms for beneficiaries
• Preparation and conduct of initial assessment of needs (development of questionnaires, definition of CA, control of assessment, processing of questionnaires, analytical reporting).
• Preparation and conduct of assessment of patient and staff satisfaction (development of questionnaires, organization conducting an assessment, monitoring the availability of questionnaires, instructing nurses, collecting questionnaires, entering and processing data, preparing reports, etc.)
• Communication with the donor on issues related to the implementation of project indicators.
• Development of a feedback collection system, including development of forms. Collecting feedback, processing requests, redirecting.
• Preparation and submission of lists of beneficiaries on a monthly basis. Control of the correctness of filling out registration forms
• Analytics of the performance of reporting indicators.
• Selective call of beneficiaries.
• Reception and processing of complaints and proposals
• Preparation of analytical reporting of the project/organization.
• Preparation of statistics and data for presentations about the project
• Consulting the project team on the correctness of the organization of the collection process data.
• management and monitoring of the principle of transparency and accountability in project implementation

Candidates who have relevant work experience in a similar position and/or with similar functions are considered for this position. An independent person who knows what to do and knows how to act independently is expected.

The activities of the organization are carried out in the front-line regions in the south of Ukraine, and this position can work remotely with periodic trips/training/meetings.
