Charitable organization "Salvation Angels" Charitable Foundation is looking for a Monitoring Department Specialist (operator) in the field of outgoing calls to join its team.

Your work will have a significant impact on the lives of families who suffered during the hostilities in Ukraine and need assistance.

Duties:

• Data collection using KoboToolbox, Google Forms or other tools;
• Conducting telephone interviews with beneficiaries according to approved questionnaires;
• Ensuring an ethical approach and adherence to confidentiality principles when interacting with respondents.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in PC and office programs, fluency in the Ukrainian language (oral and written)

Desired skills:

• Skills in working with KoboToolbox, ODK, Google Forms or other data collection systems
• Proficient PC skills (Excel, Google Sheets, basic database skills)
• Team interaction, Communicability, Empathy and sensitivity, Stress resistance.
