It will be important to organize and coordinate:

• Informing employees about company events, announcements and news through modern communication channels (news, digests, videos, chatbots, social networks, etc.).
• Employer brand development: from HR marketing activities to internal initiatives that create a "wow" experience for the team.
• Corporate social media management (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn), content plan and analytics.
• Corporate and sports events: from ideas to aftertaste "that was cool!".
• The work of the corporate chatbot.
• Annual engagement survey: from launch to analysis of results and control over the implementation of improvements.
• • Social and volunteer initiatives of the company: system assistance of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, projects "With care for veterans" and "Mental health of ViYariv residents".
• Ambassador program "VIYAR FRIENDS" - supporting initiatives where employees share their love for the company.
• Greetings and festive activities for professional and corporate events.
• Cooperation with educational institutions: coordination of student practice and participation in career events (Job Expo, Career Festivals, job fairs).
• Monitoring reviews and reputation of the company as an employer, work with the HR brand on external platforms.
• Corporate polygraphy and merch: so that every ViYarivets feels care in the details.
• Analytics, reporting and budgeting of projects - systematicity and transparency in all activities.
