Marketplace Manager (Poland) in Collar Company

COLLAR GROUP is an international company with Ukrainian roots, which has been creating innovative products for pets for 30 years and exports them to more than 80 countries.

We are expanding our sales direction in Poland and We are looking for aMarketplace Manager (Poland) who will be responsible for the development of sales on marketplaces, content quality, pricing, promotions and results analytics.

Main Responsibilities

• management and development of sales on Polish marketplaces 

• creation and optimization of listings: names, descriptions, parameters, photo/video, SEO structure, site compliance

• pricing control: margin, competitive environment

• launch and support of promotional activities: coupons/discounts/campaigns, participation in marketplace promotions

• work with Allegro Ads / CPC campaigns, bid optimization

• result analytics: sales, margin, conversion, CTR, promo/advertising effectiveness, regular reporting

• account quality control: ratings, SLA, fines/violations, site rules

• logistics/warehouse interaction: SKU availability, replenishment, avoiding OOS and overstock (within the process)

• communication with marketplace support and internal teams (content/marketing/warehouse/accounting)

We expect from you

• marketplace experience or strong motivation + quick learning

• understanding the logic of the marketplace: ranking, content, price, promo, seller rating

• confident command of Excel / Google Sheets (formulas, pivot tables; data analysis)

• attention to details, systematicity, responsibility for the result

• ability to work with large volumes of information and tasks, prioritization

• communication skills: coordination of tasks with adjacent teams

Would be an advantage

• experience with BaseLinker, ERP/CRM, integrations

• experience working with Allegro

• experience of launching new SKUs or entering new categories
