Marketing producer (events, merch, collaborations) in Povernis zhivim, BMF, BF

"Return alive" is a charitable foundation that comprehensively provides the Defense Forces of Ukraine with property from cars to grenade launchers, and also implements educational projects for the military. We are a strategic partner of the military, which does not just cover needs, but builds comprehensive approaches to strengthen the army.

The Foundation team is growing, we recently added a marketing department, and now we are looking for a producer - a creative and at the same time systematic person who knows how to manage the process, contractors and the team.

What exactly will you do?

• You will lead the production of branded products (merchandise): from idea and design to quality control, inventory management and logistics;

• You will initiate and develop collaborations with brands, agree on win-win partnerships, monitor the implementation of agreements and measure results.

• You will implement special projects "Come Back Alive" - from annual calendars to the development of advents and something that we haven't even done yet. came up with

• You will plan and conduct the Foundation's own events — from idea to implementation: you will form the concept, define goals, be responsible for logistics, budget and post-event analysis;

• You will ensure the presence of "Return Alive" at events: you will select relevant events, coordinate participation, control the quality of brand presentation;

• You will work with contractors and event agencies:you will prepare briefs, technical tasks, control deadlines, budgets and quality of execution;

What do we pay attention to during selection?

• You have experience in organizing events of various scales (from 50 to 500+ people) ± 5 years and understand the full cycle of their preparation;

• You can negotiate, prepare briefs and work effectively with contractors and agencies;

• You know how to manage budgets and find a balance between quality and cost-effectiveness;

• You understand branding, merch production and the details that shape brand perception;

• You have strong communication skills, creativityand structured thinking;

• You can work in multitasking mode, do not get lost under the pressure of deadlines and independently and proactively move towards the result;

• Experience in marketing collaborations or partner programs will be a plus;

• You have taste, audacity and a desire to implement something that didn't exist before.
