Join us as a Marketing Pricing Analyst in the Pricing and Revenue Management team of the Marketing department.

How exactly can you influence the development of the company:

• participate in the development of a pricing strategy for new areas — Delivery

• work with customer experience, segmentation, attraction and retention of customers (both riders and drivers)

• adjust price settings in real time

• conduct market and competitor analysis

• plan tariffs

• participate in research and studies

• work with experiments, with various pricing mechanics — A/B testing, generation of hypotheses and their verification

• daily monitoring and analysis of a certain set of metrics, making proposals for further steps based on their analysis, presentation of results to stakeholders (for me, Pricing, Delivery teams; point pricing for the client)

• lead cross-team interaction with teams (Delivery, Data Science, Product, Growth, Data & BI, etc.)

Challenges for three months:

• adapt in a team and team

• familiarize yourself with all available data sources and the problem-solving process

• establish cross-team interaction with other units and departments under the set goals

• participate in the development of the tariff management process, as well as in the automation of price and markup management

• conduct market research and provide recommendations from the insights found

To achieve results, you will need:

• from 2 years of work experience as an analyst (data/strategic/business/pricing analyst)

• high level of proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Power Point, Google Sheets

• knowledge and understanding of the concept of pricing

• ability to work with a large amount of data and information

• ability to proactively approach problem solving; quickly react to changes, look for solutions, implement them

• understanding of A/B testing, hypothesis formulation, test implementation flow and analysis of results

• experience in forming and setting technical specifications for obtaining the necessary data
