This is a role at the intersection of market, commerce and strategy - where the right data turns into profit, customer conditions and strong offers.
Main responsibilities:
Analytics and pricing:
- Monitoring prices and offers of competitors in the market (B2B, retail, e-commerce).
- Update prices in all channels sales.
- Calculation of conditions for large batches, special requests and non-standard situations.
Working with demand and supply:
- Analysis of sales volumes and formation of purchase proposals.
- Control of stock availability based on actual demand.
- Participation in financial planning: sales forecast, margin, profitability.
Promos and programs for customers:
- Preparation and analysis of the effectiveness of promotions.
- Development of offers for different customer segments.
- Building and maintaining a customer segmentation system.
Communication and impact:
- Collaboration with sales, procurement and management in a data-driven logic.
- Preparation of reports, recommendations and presentations for decision-making.
Requirements for candidate:
- Experience working with analytics in sales, marketing, procurement or finance (preferably in FMCG / distribution / e-commerce).
- Proficient in Excel / Google Sheets (formulas, pivot tables, basic data analysis).
- Analytical thinking and systematic: the ability to see cause and effect relationships, not just numbers.
- Initiative: willingness to propose and initiate changes, rather than waiting for TOR.
- Accuracy in working with large data sets (SKU, prices, discounts).
- Communication and the ability to coordinate decisions between departments.
- Customer orientation: understanding how the number affects the decision partner.
