How exactly can you influence the development of the company:
• practical experience in marketing or strategic planning
• confident mastery of Excel / Google Sheets (modeling, scenarios, formulas)
• ability to build business cases impact assessment, ROI, unit economics, CAC, LTV
• basic understanding of BI tools or SQL
• knowledge of marketing metrics and basics of customer analytics
• understanding of PnL, revenue forecasting
• critical experience presentations

Challenges for three months:
• conduct an audit of the strategic planning process last year (what went well / what went wrong, who was involved, what problems arose, what formats were used)
• establish cooperation with Data&BI (examine existing reports, determine the set of data needed for cases and planning)
• prepare for the next strategic planning by describing the process (terms, participants, necessary resources)
•  to take over the process of monthly data update on market volume and forecasting
• to study the current planning practices in marketing teams to collect examples from different subunits, to identify typical errors (unreasonableness, lack of calculations, different formats)
• to form the first version of the business case template (minimum blocks, options) and describe the process of working with it (terms, participants, resources)
• conduct pilot testing of the template on 2 cases and collect feedback (which is unclear, where convenientbut where it is difficult)
• Prepare a "Planning Framework" document, which will contain a description of the logic: what is planned, when, who, according to what rules

To achieve results, you will need:
• organize the process of annual strategic and operational planning in marketing

• prepare/coordinate the creation of a top-level plan together with other functions
• develop templates, guides and training materials for of business cases
• provide methodological support to other marketing teams in planning their initiatives
• validate business cases, check logic, reasoning, calculations, prepare analytical conclusions
• forecast and prepare reports on market volume and positions of participants based on internal and external data
• conduct post-analysis of implemented initiatives: compare plan with fact, draw conclusions
• take direct part in to the tactical cycle of planning the company's business indicators (weekly planning)
• support the OKR planning process
