Back Office Analyst (remote) in Filip Morris Ukrayina*

A partner of the tobacco company Philip Morris Sales and Distribution invites you to cooperate as a Back Office Analyst (remote)

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Ensure structured and accurate collection of activity data from point-of-sale personnel and proper data entry into all relevant systems.
• Data analysis for monitoring performance of programs and employees to identify strengths and weaknesses, opportunities and threats.
• Ensure the provision of key information on the dynamics and effectiveness of sales programs to management and personnel working with points of sale, analysis by key indicators and reporting of exceptions.
• Contribute to the further improvement of the processes of collection, management and data structuring.
• Prepare special reports on demand; collaborate with other members of the commercial function on various tasks and projects.
• Identify needs and provide reporting or other tools to management to accelerate decision-making and optimize resources.

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIREMENTS:

• Higher education.
• Experience in a specific field: at least 1 year in international or large Ukrainian companies related to market research, report preparation, sales and distribution analytics or sales volume planning.
• High level of knowledge in MS Office software (Excel and Power Point at an advanced level)
• Data visualization experience, knowledge of SQL, VBA will be an additional advantage
• Proficiency in English - Intermediate +
