Blaize is seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to join our team. We seek a dynamic individual with a proven track record in B2B marketing, team management, and extensive knowledge across various marketing channels.

Your profile:

• A minimum of 4 years of experience in marketing, including at least one year in a managerial role. Experience within the blockchain sector is a plus.
• Proven practical experience in B2B marketing.
• Strong strategic and creative problem-solving abilities.
• Results-oriented mindset with a proven track record of achieving marketing goals and driving business growth.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with marketing analytics tools.
• English proficiency at an Upper-Intermediate level or higher.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to promote Blaize services.
• Collaborate with sales and engineering teams to ensure marketing strategies align with business objectives.
• Create and execute lead-generation strategies to drive business growth.
• Manage marketing budgets and optimize expenditures for maximum ROI.
• Systematically analyze and measure marketing activities’ effectiveness, identifying improvement opportunities.
• Ensure all marketing efforts (SEO, SMM, PPC, link building, PR, content marketing, listings) are cohesive and effective.
• Oversee the website’s performance and updates, collaborating with designers and copywriters.
• Develop high-quality marketing content to promote company services, increase brand awareness, attract visitors, and generate leads.
• Prepare and manage online and offline events, fostering partnerships to enhance brand presence.
• Enhance brand visibility through strategic work with B2B listings and analysis.
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitors’ digital marketing strategies through active market tracking and analysis.
• Lead, mentor, and manage the marketing team, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.

Will be a plus:

Vacations and sick leaves:
