 Main tasks

• formation and implementation of the marketing strategy and development of the Spraytec brand;
• launch advertising campaigns and analysis of their effectiveness;
• market, competitor and target audience research;
• creation of content and visual materials, presentations;
• organization and conducting of marketing events: seminars, conferences, trainings, field days;
• maintenance of corporate website and product content;
• regular administration of pages in social networks (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn);
• development of new marketing programs and improvement of existing tools;
• ordering and distribution of souvenir products and POS materials;
• planning, budgeting and documentary support of marketing activities;
• possible business trips with the purpose of creating content.

?? Requirements for the candidate

• higher education in the field of marketing, economics or agricultural sciences (knowledge of agronomy will be an advantage);
• work experience in marketing from 1 year (agrarian direction - a plus);
• English language - Intermediate or higher;
• literate written and spoken knowledge of Ukrainian;
• knowledge of digital marketing tools, SMM;
• basic knowledge of graphic editors and video editing;
• confident user of Office 365 / Microsoft Office;
• ability to structure tasks, work within deadlines, initiative and analytical thinking;
• active user of social media networks and modern digital tools.
