We are looking for a brand manager who will carry out a complete transformation of the Go-to-Market brand — from rethinking positioning to creating a successful business with a loyal audience and growing sales. We are looking for a leader who will see an opportunity in a difficult situation and turn the brand into a successful case.
Your responsibilities:
Deep diagnostics and analytics
- Conduct a complete audit of the brand, audience and market.
- Determine the causes of ineffective current positioning.
Organize marketing research, analysis of competitors and new product categories.
- Find growth points that resonate with the target audience.
Strategic development of the brand
- Update the unique selling proposition (USP): create a relevant, bold and commercially verified positioning.
- Develop a non-standard business model (for example, service, partnership or community-oriented).
Formulate new product launch strategies.
Implementation and launch
Develop and implement a high-profile re-launch strategy of the brand.- Provide effective marketing support for launches — from idea to market entry.
- Relaunch all channels of interaction with the consumer (digital, retail, PR) so that each touch point tells a new brand story.
- Communication and interaction
- Build quality communication with a business partnerus and the brand's customers.
- Breathe life into all communications based on the renewed brand strategy.
We are looking for a candidate who:
- Has strategic thinking and entrepreneurial acumen: thinks like a business owner, sees the big picture and turns ideas into concrete results.
- Has successful experience in launching or transforming brands in the Beauty / FMCG sector. Your portfolio should contain cases of turning complex projects into successful ones
- Works confidently in conditions of uncertainty and sees in them a space for creativity.
- Has a deep understanding of the beauty market and trends in the category of hair cosmetics.
- Is fluent in digital marketing: social networks, collaborations with opinion leaders, performance-marketing.
- Combines analytical thinking and creativity: bases decisions on data, but is not afraid of bold ideas.
- Has high communication skills, customer-oriented and able to work in multitasking mode.
