Marketing Manager in Ukrnafta

Your main tasks will be:

Participation of the company in conferences, exhibitions and industry events:

• Coordination with the management and specialized departments regarding the goals of participation, topics of speeches, preparation of presentations;
• Formation of technical tasks for the design of the stand, brand zone or presentation site;
• Preparation of branded materials, souvenir products, video and printed materials;
• Organization of logistics: reservation of space, delivery of materials, assembly/disassembly of stands;
• Communication support: photo and video recording;
• Collection of analytics after events: number of contacts, reputation effect, recommendations for the future.

Partnership projects and collaborations:

• Identification and initiation of partnerships with brands;
• Coordinating terms of cooperation, mechanics of actions and integrations;
• Coordination of joint communications and PR activities;
• Control of implementation of partnership agreements (branding, visuals, deadlines);
• Analysis of project effectiveness: recognition, coverage, additional traffic, customer loyalty.

We expect from you:

• Higher education in the field of marketing, communications or related fields;
• Additional profile courses in the direction of the position (branding, media planning, digital-marketing, event-management) will be an additional advantage;
• Project management skills;
• Competent Ukrainian language (oral and written);
• Ordered documents, namely the existing military registration document in accordance with current legislation, passport (not expired) and others.
