Marketing manager in Nova Digital

Ukrainian IT company Nova Digital, , which is part of the NOVA group of companies, is a powerful manufacturer of web applications and software for architectures of any complexity and load on them. We create, maintain and constantly improve software products, the convenience of which has already been appreciated by 32 million private and business clients of Nova Poshta.

We are expanding our team, so we are currently looking for a Marketing Manager< /strong>.

Functional:

• Research and analysis of the market, competitors
• Determining the main trends, growth opportunities and scaling prospects
• Coordinating the development and content of the site
• Building a content strategy based on the overall marketing strategy
• Working with content: writing blog posts and articles, coordinating contractors, etc.
• Interaction with product team and contractors: SEO, UA, etc.
• Organization of the process of launching custdev interviews and data analysis
• Translate business goals into concrete action plans and marketing activities
• Preparation of reports on own work and work of contractors

Requirements: 

• 3 years of experience in a similar position
• English from B2 (certification preferred)
• Knowledge of tools: Google Analytics, Google Ads, Google Search Console etc., Meta ads, Figma, Wordpress, Directus and others
• Experience with platforms: Clutch, UpWork
• Experience with international markets will be an advantage: LATAM, Eastern and Western Europe
