We are looking for a Lead Sales Manager with an advanced level of English in the InventorSoft company, who will coordinate the work of the sales team, develop and improve processes in the company.

Basic requirements:

  • 5+ years of sales experience (IT field);
  • 2+ years of work experience in a Lead position in sales;
  • Knowledge of the market of IT products/services and understanding of the specifics of B2B sales;
  • Leadership and team management skills, excellent communication skills;
  • Experience in negotiations with foreign clients and making cold calls;
  • Experience with CRM systems (for example, Salesforce, Hubspot, Pipedrive) and other sales automation tools;
  • Level of English proficiency — Advanced;
  • Personal qualities: sociability, ease, stress resistance, organization and discipline, attention to details, systematicity, responsibility, desire to develop.

Responsibilities:
