We are looking for a strong strategic leader, Marketing Director,which will be able to strengthen the company's position in the market, develop digital channels and effectively manage the marketing team.

Responsibilities:

• Formation of the department of marketing.
• Development and implementation of the company's marketing strategy in accordance with the general business strategy.
• Formation and implementation of the strategy for the promotion of the portfolio of brands and exclusive brands.
• Development and implementation of the company's brand communication policy.
• Planning, formation and control of the marketing budget.
• Management and control of the effectiveness of digital-marketing activities.
• Analysis of the results of marketing campaigns and optimization of promotion channels.
• Market monitoring, analysis of competitors, demand and modern marketing trends.

Requirements for the candidate:

• Experience in a similar position of 5 years or more, with e-commerce projects.
• Deep understanding of digital marketing, advertising in search engines and social networks.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to work with data.
• Practical experience in developing and implementing marketing strategies.
• Experience with: Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads and other marketing tools.
• Creativity, strategic thinking, result orientation.
• Ability to work in a team and manage processes.
• Upper-Intermediate English level.
