We are currently looking for an International HR Coordinator who will become a real partner for teams and managers, help develop people, improve processes and shape healthy, engaged environment.
We are currently looking for a proactive HR manager, ready for challenges who:
- has experience in positions HR Manager / HR Generalist from 2 years;
- has spoken English at the level of Upper-Intermediate (В2) or higher;
- worked with teams of 100 employees (including remote teams) and has a good understanding of the full employee life cycle;
- has successful experience in development and implementation of HR tools;
- has strong communication skills and is able to provide constructive feedback;
- knows and applies methods for assessing employee engagement and satisfaction (surveys, eNPS, etc.);
- demonstrates a high level of self-organization, responsibility and time management;
- thinks business-oriented, is able to analyze situations and offer effective solutions;
- has experience in managing teams and creating a productive working atmosphere;
- an additional plus will be experience in an international environment with multicultural teams.
Your area of responsibility:
- Building and optimization of HR processes: management of recruiting, onboarding, adaptation, employee events, offboarding;
- Formation and coordination of a team of international HR managers in Mexico and Portugal;
- Ensuring international recruiting and implementation of hiring plans;
- Cooperation with teams and other departments, their support, training and assistance in solving complex issues;
- Implementation of HR projects for the improvement and automation of all HR processes of the company, as well as the development of the employer brand;
- Working with reporting and internal systems.
