Assistant of the marketing department in Pharm in Vista

We are looking for a person who wants to grow into a product manager and is ready to dive into products, materials, market and daily operational work.

You are suitable for us if:

• structural, responsible and fast at work
• you have a higher education (marketing, management, pharma, biology, chemistry will be a plus)
• easy to work with Excel, tables, presentations
• quickly you work, you don’t get hung up on simple tasks
• you know how to communicate with the team and contractors
• attentive to details and are not afraid of routine tasks
• ready to periodically go to the warehouse (checking the availability of promotional materials, taking samples)

What you will do:

• help product manager in daily tasks
• collection of information on the market, competitors, products
• preparation of presentations, commercial materials
• coordination of tasks with designers, printers, contractors
• updating databases, registers, control of stocks of promotional materials
• periodic trips to the warehouse
• support of new product launches and marketing activities
• processing inquiries from the sales department
