About the position:
* analysis: target audience, behavior of site visitors, those who subscribed to pages in social networks, competitors;
* creation of a marketing strategy and strategies for individual areas of marketing (content marketing, for example);
* selection of optimal channels (for example, online, mobile, SMS marketing) and tools for strategy implementation (google adwords, SMM, e-mail marketing, content marketing, etc.); p>
* creating sales funnels;
* planning advertising campaigns in various marketing channels;
* understanding of the basic SEO principles of site optimization to control the work of counterparties
* preparation of electronic newsletters;
* SMM: preparation of content and targeted advertising on Facebook, YouTube, Instagram;
* responses to comments on social networks;
* monitoring of key marketing indicators: conversion rate (CR), customer acquisition cost (CAC), customer retention rate (CRR), customer lifetime value (CLV or LTV ), click rate (CTR) and others;
ensuring a consistent brand message across all channels;
* creation and monitoring of an analytical table (dashboard) for marketing;
* cooperation with designers, product managers, and other specialists. span>
About the candidate:
* Fluent in B2 English, Ukrainian and Russian languages
* Good communication skills (written and oral)
* Experience as a digital or internet marketing manager for at least two years
* Ability to manage complex projects and multitask.
* Excellent organizational skills.

* Ability to delegate and organize work processes
In addition to knowledge and skills in the field of digital marketing (principles of SMM, SEO, creation and optimization of various content), it will be useful to have the following tools:
* tools for setting up contextual advertising (Google Ads);
* analytics and data visualization services (Google Analytics, Netpeak Spider, etc.);
* email marketing services such as MailChimp;
* website optimization tools: Optimizely, Visual Website Optimizer or Oracle Maxymiser;
< p style="font-style: normal; font-weight: 400; text-decoration: none">* platforms for automating marketing processes (for example, Zoho Marketing Plus, Marketo, HubSpot);content analytics services (for example, Content track).
* Knowledge of WordPress CMS will be an advantage.
