This should be an experienced marketer for whom marketing is a systematic process, not just promotion and advertising.

Purpose:

Promotion of the company, creation of a positive image and recognizability, advertising, development of the site and pages in social networks.

Requirements:

• Higher education (preferably in the specialty "Marketing, Journalism", "Management");
• Experience in internet marketing from 2 years;
• Knowledge of SMM methods and tools, knowledge of software products Google Analytics, Google Adwords and Ads Manager functionality;
• Experience of setting up Google Adwords (search, KMS, remarketing) and Facebook Ads;
• Ability to competently define the company's advertising goals (lead generation, conversion, traffic, correspondence);
• SEO experience and working with newsletters will be an advantage;
• Ability to create creative banners, posts, attracting the audience to their views (preferred);
• Developing sites on a designer, ability to work with graphic editors (welcome);
• Persistence, initiative, creativity, multitasking, responsibility.

Main tasks:

• Planning and budgeting of activities and advertising campaigns;
• Development, monitoring and optimization of campaigns, website, conversions;
• Development and implementation of mechanisms for attracting the audience of social networks to the site, to the profile;
• Optimization of advertising campaigns to reduce the cost per ice;
• Maintenance and development of social. networks (Facebook, Instagram), site content;
• Configuration, control and optimization of campaigns in Google Adwords and Facebook Ads;
• Search and testing of new sources of traffic;
• Organization of competent TK for selling, attracting, stimulating posts, texts, advertising media, etc.
• Analysis of the effectiveness of conducted activities and advertising campaigns, preparation reporting.
• Support of the sales department (advertising materials, promotions, HTML mailing templates, etc.)
• Participation in exhibitions, seminars, presentations.
• Working in the company's CRM system.
