You are our Marketer if:

• you have experience in the field of marketing, work with assortment (distribution, e-commerce, product categories);
• you understand the processes of launching new products: from market analysis to first sales and turnover control;
• you know how to form a unique sales offer and product positioning for different market segments;
• you analyze sales and make decisions for advanced promotion based on numbers;
• you have basic knowledge of digital tools (advertising, SMM, marketplaces will be a plus);
• you work confidently in multitasking conditions and adhere to deadlines.

Your main tasks will be:

• Bringing new products to the market - from preparing a launch strategy to supporting the first sales in the B2B and B2C segments;
• Ensuring high turnover of new products and monitoring their effectiveness in the first 3 months after launch;
• Promoting new products - creating advertising activities and forming a plan for their advertising;
• Forming a unique a sales proposal (SPO) for each new SKU, taking into account the competitive environment and customer needs.
• Prepare quality content for new SKUs: form a TOR for a contact maker to shoot photos and video reviews - all that is needed for a successful product launch;

• Present novelties to the sales department, prepare materials and training so that managers confidently and effectively promote the product to customers;
