Content team management manager in Stozhary ,TD, TOV

Company - distributor of TD "Stozhary" LLC" actively develops the online direction and e-commerce. We work with a large volume of product nomenclature and develop digital sales channels.
We are looking for a system manager, which will be able to combine content, data, design and processes into a single effective system.

Main tasks

• Team management: content managers, nomenclature operators

• Organization and control of site content (products, descriptions, characteristics, images)

• Management of product nomenclature and data

• Working with Excel (summary tables, formulas, import/export data)

• Setting up and control of Excel - 1C - site integrations

• Control of relevance of product descriptions

• Participation in the creation of visual content:

  • banners for the site

  • basic work in Photoshop

• Interaction with IT, marketing, sales department

• Optimization of work processes with content and data

• Control of deadlines, quality and design standards

Requirements for the candidate

• Experience of leading a team or direction

• Confident command of Excel (formulas, logic of working with large data sets)

• Practical understanding of 1C work (nomenclature, data exchange)

• Experience of working with sites / CMS

• Understanding of principles e-commerce

• Basic skills in Adobe Photoshop

• System thinking, responsibility, attention to detail

Would be an advantage:

• Experience in e-commerce or online store

• Understanding SEO for product pages

• Experience in automating content processes

• Working with a large range of products
