Marketer (deputy manager) in MAPEI - Ukrayina, TOV

We are open to a person whose knowledge, experience, education, and communication skills will allow him to hold the position of Deputyhead of the operational marketing department and communications.

Your tasks will be:

• Assist in planning and managing the company's advertising strategy;
• Assist with planning and managing the company's marketing budget;
• Quarterly reporting on the company's marketing expenses to the management at the head office (parent company);
• Research and analysis market trends and competitors;
• Negotiations and organization of cooperation with companies providing marketing services;
• Management of the content plan in social networks and on the company website;
• Management of design and production of advertising materials, outdoor advertising and technical literature;
• Initiation and organization of events, conferences, seminars and exhibitions;
• Management of sponsorship activities and trade marketing;
• Participation in planning and approval of price promotions;
• Filling and sending corporate forms to the head office (packaging, literature, product master file, etc.);
• Cooperation and close communication with other departments of the company in order to improve the efficiency of the company;
• Help in the organization of team building and field events.
