Veteran Hub has been working for more than 7 years to support servicemen, veterans and their loved ones.
We want all Veteran Hub customers to feel safe with us. The same applies to the digital environment: from receiving services to protecting the data of the organization and our visitors. We are currently looking for someone to help us strengthen this foundation.

Information security and CRMYou will develop and implement the organization's information security policy (backups, encryption, passwords, access); text-decoration: none"> Promptly react to incidents, including phishing, hackingabout suspicious actions;
Provide technical support to the team on using CRM, Google Drive, Meet, Calendar.
> CRM;Integrate and securely configure CRM solutions on team work devices, provide access control, synchronization with Google Workspace and stable operation of all systemsManage accounts and follow security policies.

Educate the team about safe work rules and inform about risks.
Qualifications requirements:
2 years of work experience as an IT engineer / IT specialist.
Excellent knowledge of network IP services.
Proficiency in server OS (Windows) and network equipment configuration skills.
Experience in the development of regulatory documents and technical documentation.
Experience in setting up CRM systems from scratch or implementing SaaS solutions.
Ability to explain to the team how to use systems to reduce support calls.
Experience in Google Workspace administration (creating accounts, groups, basic security policies).
Understanding the principles of cyber protection, safe behavior in the network, risk management.
Experience with personal data protection.
Knowledge of the basics of data protection, backup, encryption, access settings.
Ability to explain technical issues in simple language and train colleagues.
Experience in public or large organizations with high confidentiality requirements would be an advantage.
Required: no ties to Russia since 2014.

Work schedule: Monday-Friday from 11:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. (hybrid schedule possible) we offer:
