We are looking for a HEAD OF THE MARKETING DEPARTMENT to join the team, a chain of stores with gasoline, power tools and garden equipment.

It will be interesting for you if you want to not just "advertise", but influence the development of the brand, look for strong ideas, test them in practice, see the result and scale it.

What you will do:

• Analyze competitors and trends, compare, look for insights.
• Help find unique positioning and communicate it to the world.
• Generate hypotheses, test them and scale what works.
• Work with designer, ppc department, SMM, sales and purchases.
• Plan promotions, prepare creatives and commercial offers.
