"UKRPROMINVEST-AGRO" is an agro-industrial holding that is one of the TOP agricultural companies of Ukraine (100 thousand hectares of land, 2 factories for the production of sugar, the largest mill in Ukraine, animal husbandry), opens a competition for the position Computer systems engineer.

Location: Gaisyn, Vinnytsia Region

Purpose of the position:Technical support of company employees, formation, support and provision of access to custom IT services.

Responsibilities:

1. Supporting user requests at the Service Desk.
2. Setting up user equipment (PC, laptop, smartphone, printer, scanner, etc.).
3. Installing and supporting user software at the workplaces of company employees.
4. Advisory and technical support for company employees on the use of IT services.
5. Remote configuration of equipment and software, resolution of incidents and support of problems in the operation of IT services.
6. Support of the corporate network of SCS and WiFi in the central office.
7. Maintenance, block repair or modernization, replacement of consumables on user equipment.
8. Interaction with outsourcing companies for equipment and IT repair systems.
9. Formation of a knowledge base for users and IT engineers of the company (formation and updating of instructions, reminders, switching schemes and IT documentation).
10. Support and block repair of the ACS system
11. Technical support of users on the use of U-prox (ACS)
12. Performance of testing, search for solutions and offers on the market in areas of the IT responsibility area.
13. Reporting - formation of reports on the work done and the resources spent within the framework of the performance of functional duties on projects and non-standard tasks in the IT area of responsibility.

Features and requirements for the candidate:

• higher education
• Experience is desirable from with ECU systems (U-prox, StopNet, and others)
• Technical knowledge in the construction of electrical circuits and the principle of operation of electronics
• Experience in electronics repairs (ECU systems - a priority)
• Experience of building and programming ACS systems (U-prox - priority)
• Windows 10 architecture at the level of system administrator.
• Rules of operation and components of computer and switching equipment, as well as office equipment.
• Basics of construction and operation of server services: AD, DNS, DHCP, DFS, KMS, WSUS, File Server / Print server, VPN. 
• Fundamentals of construction and operation of network services: DHCP, Proxy, WLC, Hosting and IR telephony.
• Basic understanding by directions: document flow, basics of accounting for fixed assets, SMEs and services.
• Technological instructions and processes in the area of ​​responsibility of the IT department
