We are scaling up and looking for a Digital / Performance marketer who will build a systematic digital strategy, establish effective lead generation and reduce the cost of customer acquisition.
What needs to be done:
- Develop and implement a digital lead generation strategy (Google as a key channel).
- Launch, optimize and scale Google Ads (Search, Performance Max, Display).
- Build a system for selecting lead generation channels and evaluating their effectiveness (CPL, CAC, ROI).
- Set up system work with the site: SEO (structure, semantics, TK), landing pages for advertising.
- Work with analytics: GA4, conversions, lead quality, customer journey.
- Increase the conversion of a lead to a client together with the sales department.
- Work on the quality of traffic and offers to increase the average check.
- Form hypotheses, test, disable ineffective channels.
We expect:
- Experience in digital / performance marketing from 2 years.
- Strong expertise in Google Ads.
- Understanding the principles of lead generation and unit economics.
- Experience with analytics (GA4, events, conversions).
- Understanding SEO at the level of setting tasks and monitoring results.
- Orientation on results and numbers, not just launching campaigns.
- Experience in commodity business / B2B and working with a large assortment or several CAs will be an advantage.
