Without which we will not consider the candidate:
- 2 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the fashion or retail trade with a developed network;
- Experience in coordination and management of digital agencies (PPC, SMM, SEO);
- Confident command of analytical tools (GA4, Ads Manager) and the ability to analyze metrics.
Your areas of responsibility:
- Strategy and planning: Development andimplementation of annual, quarterly and monthly marketing plans (digital + offline);
- Coordination of agencies: Setting goals and KPI for external PPC, SEO, SMM, Retention agencies, as well as control efficiency;
- Brand communication and content: Management of the full marketing cycle, control of brand identity and content alignment for all channels;
- Analytics and optimization: Analysis of digital and offline metrics (ROAS, LTV, store sales), monitoring ROI and preparation of analytical reports;
- Loyalty and CRM: Development loyalty programs, email marketing planning and customer segmentation.
