Your key tasks:
- Management and development of advertising campaigns: Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), Telegram Ads, LinkedIn.
- Analysis and scaling: constant analysis of the effectiveness of traffic channels, search for new opportunities for scaling and growth.
- Lead generation: creation and promotion of lead magnets, promotional pages, customization UTM-tracking and optimization of conversions.
- Development of digital assets: development and control of a corporate site and B2B portal (SEO, UX, speed, analytics, structure, content).
- Creation of new resources: participation in the creation of new sites / landing pages / microsites for products and directions.
- Performance control: systematic work to improve key indicators (CPC, CPA, CPL, CTR, ROAS, LTV, CAC) and reporting.
- Cross-functional cooperation: close interaction with analysts, designers, developers, SMM and the CRM team.
What we expect from you:
- Experience: from 2 years in performance / digital marketing.
- Practical knowledge: deep knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, Telegram Ads.
- Analytics: confident work with GA4, GTM, Data Studio.
- B2B marketing: clear understanding of sales funnel, lead generation processes and B2B market specifics.
- Technical skills: ability to work with UTM, pixel, audience, remarketing, API integrations.
- CMS work: skills to work with OpenCart will be an advantage.
- Personal qualities: system thinking, analytical approach, initiative and result orientation.
