Market & Business Analyst (Development) in HR Agency Key People

Our customer is a development company that creates projects with long-term value and a clear ideology. Their approach is based on deep market analysis, understanding of customer needs and strategic planning of product development.

Currently, for them, we are looking for a specialist in analytics and market analysis who will help the company make informed decisions regarding the launch, development and scaling of development projects.

Area of responsibility:

• Conducting market research in the field of development and real estate.

• Analysis of demand, supply, price trends and market dynamics.

• Research competitive environment (projects, concepts, prices, UTP).

• Analysis of target audiences and buyer behavior.

• Preparation of analytical reports, dashboards and presentations for management.

• Participation in the formation of product concepts together with the Product Manager.

• Assessment of the investment attractiveness of projects.

• Monitoring of macroeconomic factors affecting the real estate market.

Requirements for the candidate:

• Work experience Market Analyst / Business Analyst / Research Analyst.

• Analytical experience in development (preferred, but not required), real estate, finance or consulting.

• Ability to work with large data sets.

• Strong analytical skills and structural thinking.

• Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets (advanced level).

• Experience with analytical tools and dashboards.

• Ability to clearly formulate conclusions and recommendations

It will be an advantage:

• Experience in development companies (but not necessary)

• Experience in financial modeling.

• Experience in preparing investment presentations.

• Work with Power BI / Tableau / Looker.
