Customer service manager in Eltas

We are looking for a responsible and communicative customer service manager.
The position is suitable for candidates without experience - we provide training and support at the start.

Duties:

• Working with customers via phone and messengers

• Presenting company services and preparing commercial offers

• Supporting customers at all stages cooperation

• Managing and updating the client base

• Achieving planned sales indicators

• Interaction with management

Requirements:

• Competent oral and written language

• Responsibility, attentiveness, communication skills

• Ability to learn quickly and work with customers

• Result orientation

• Experience in the field of sales will be an advantage

Working conditions:

• Salary from 47,000 UAH + bonuses

• Full employment, schedule 5/2 from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
