River Mall — one of the largest and most modern shopping and entertainment centers in Kyiv — is looking for an energetic, detail-oriented specialist who will help systematically work with the customer base and analytics to increase the effectiveness of communications and visitor engagement.
Your tasks:
CRM and data:
Collection, updating and enrichment of customer databases
Implementation and coordination of the CRM system, development and implementation of the communications plan
Development of CRM functionality: collection and analysis of requirements, testing, implementation of changes
Maintaining the relevance of databases, data correction
Segmentation and analytics:
Segmentation of customers and improvement of segmentation methods
Analysis of user behavior, identification of key groups
Conducting data analysis to form relevant offers
Constant analysis of profitability and effectiveness of CRM programs
Preparation of regular analytical reports for management
Campaigns and communications:
Developing communications scenarios to achieve business goals (increasing LTV, purchase frequency, reducing churn)
Implementation of personalized communications using e-mail, push, SMS, Viber
Prioritization of channels and optimization of communications costs
Setting tasks for designers and copywriters for the creation of message content
Analysis of the effectiveness of campaigns, adjustment of strategies
Attracting customers:
Initiatives to stimulate sales
Gathering feedback, evaluating the quality of service, NPS analysis
Publishing text, graphics, multimedia content on digital resources companies
Content effectiveness analysis, implementation of changes to improve results
