Functional duties:

• Formation of a strategy for settling problematic debt of legal entities based on a comprehensive analysis, including: search and analysis of information about debtors, related persons and beneficiaries; financial and economic analysis; identification of legal risks and development of mechanisms for their minimization; scenario modeling and calculation of action options

• Development of a plan of measures to repay problematic debt

• Conducting the negotiation process with debtors and their beneficiaries

• Preparation of materials for submission to collegial bodies of the Bank

• Organization of implementation of the approved strategy / action plan regarding debt settlement

• Coordination of the work of involved work groups

• Control of the fulfillment of obligations by counterparties in accordance with the agreements reached

• Higher education
  
• 5+ years of experience work in the field of problem debt settlement of legal entities in the banking sector orin the field of credit analysis, risk management or investments 
• Knowledge of forced debt settlement processes, including understanding the requirements of Ukrainian legislation 
• Having basic financial analysis skills
• Ownership of programs MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) at a high level
