Store Manager

Duties that we will entrust:

• Lead the store and ensure the fulfillment of planned indicators;
• Control compliance with store business processes, service standards and merchandising;
• Promptly create an effective model of customer traffic formation;
• Build long-term, proactive service relationships with customers;
• Formation of a team with support HR department;
• Organization of events with the help of the marketing department.

Professional and personal qualities that our candidate MUST possess:

• Successful experience in managing a street retail clothing/shoe store for more than 3 years and managing a team of more than 5 persons;
• Practical experience in data analysis, working with financial indicators;
• Experience in management and recruitment, the ability to create, unite, train and motivate a team;
• High level of communication skills;
• Experienced PC user;
• Entrepreneurial vision and result orientation;
• Love to people.
