The ROKADA Charitable Foundation, an executive partner of the UN Refugee Agency, announces a competition to fill the vacancy of "Manager (regional project coordinator)" to work with internally displaced persons and affected population groups.

MAJOR TASKS

• Coordinating the project to ensure the achievement of its goals and objectives, promoting the protection of the rights and freedoms of internally displaced persons, children, victims of hostilities and armed conflicts, and other vulnerable categories of the population
• Controlling the status of project implementation and management (Protection, Shelter, CCCM)
• Coordination of interaction of project activity participants (social workers, psychologists, engineers, support staff etc.)
• Organization and control of work processes
• Control over the work of the regional office
• Timely reporting, compliance with deadlines
• Organization of system interaction with authorities state power, local self-government and public organizations with the aim of consolidating efforts
• Performance of other duties if necessary
• Strict observance of humanitarian principles and standards

BASIC REQUIREMENTS

• Higher education
• Knowledge of internal displacement issues
• Experience in data management and project documentation
• Ability to organize a team
• Fluency in Ukrainian and English languages
• Confident user of Microsoft Office
• Other relevant experience and skills
• High motivation and ability to work effectively with minimal supervision
• Confident organizational skills, with the ability to manage several tasks at the same time, involving a large number of people and different areas of activity, attention to detail and the ability to independently determine priorities
• Ability to make informed decisions and the ability to respond flexibly in a dynamic environment with limited time frames .
• Previous work experience in humanitarian or human rights organizations is welcome
