PrepHouse -is a career center founded by Kristina Silivonchik, which since 2021 has been helping professionals from various fields get their dream job in the USA. PrepHouseoffers consulting services, adaptation programs to the US labor market and recruitment of specialists to meet the needs of corporate America. Career center turnover is from $100,000-$200,000 per year and a team of 5 people. 

We are looking for the leader of team magic for PrepHouse! (Project – Manager)

What will you do:

• Manage chaos:turn tasks into order, distribute them wisely among the team and monitor for deadlines. Organize materials on Google Drive and implement cool solutions to optimize work.

• Conquer numbers: analyze metrics, summarize projects and create clear reports. Maintain statistics to see the team’s key priorities.

• Ignite command: to inspire, motivate and help achieve goals without conflict. You are the buffer that turns the chaos of requests into clear tasks.

• Create wow moments: break records, create cool projects that change the world, make launches worth hundreds of thousands of dollars.

Who do we need?

• You know how to manage projects in online education and/or have worked with information products. Experience - from 1–2 years.

• You have tamed Google tools, task managers and CRM systems.

• Telegram, Zoom and AI technologies are your faithful allies.

• You know how to remain calm even under pressure, flexible and always think one step ahead.

What we offer:

• Full online work format, 8 hours per day (Saturday and Sunday are days off), but with occasional work in the evening, since the school is located in the USA. 

• Salary: $1500-2000 (base + KPI)
