During the war, we consolidated resources in the direction of humanitarian and psychosocial assistance to people living in the territories affected by hostilities, we improve the conditions of temporary stay of evacuated residents in transit and host regions.

GO "Green-Landia" in partnership with International humanitarian organization"CARE" invites a project manager to successfully complete the tasks of the "Women's leadership in emergency situations" project ", which is aimed at increasing the level of women's participation in decision-making at the level of war-affected communities, through the development of their leadership skills and involvement in solving socially important issues.

Basic tasks:

• Project management, namely planning, organization and control of the implementation of all stages of work on the project;
• Development and implementation of effective work processes, ensuring timely completion of all tasks;

• Coordination of work, communication and organization of work within the team;
• Management of meetings with representatives of the donor;
• Overall responsibility for the successful implementation of the project in its entirety and within the established deadlines;< /li>
• Preparation of interim and final reports on achievements and results of project activities.

Requirements for the candidate:

• Experience of working in government institutions, Charities, Foundations - will be an advantage;
• Good communication skills - both verbal and written;
• Good analytical skills and attention to detail;
• Responsible for work ethics and standards;
• Willingness to work outside the office;
