Role: operational support of the transformation process.

Expected results:

  • Coordination of meetings, negotiations and work processes related to business transformation;
  • Preparation and analysis materials to support decision-making regarding expansion and digital transformation;
  • Calendar management and organization of meetings with partners, clients and teams;
  • Coordination between company departments to ensure synergy in processes;

  • Collection, analysis and preparation of reports on operational activity and key performance indicators (KPI);
  • Monitoring of the market, competitive environment and the latest trends in the field of digital transformation and business expansion;
  • li>Preparation of strategic presentations and information materials for internal and external meetings;
  • Negotiations and coordination of projects with external contractors and suppliers;
  • Management of documentation related to operational activities and implementation new technologies;
  • Assistance in managing budgets and resources, including cost control within transformation projects.

  • You have a higher education in the field of business administration, management, information technology or other relevant fields;
  • You have work experience: 1+ years in similar positions or in the fields of project managementmanagement, operational management;
  • You have high organizational and analytical skills;
  • You know modern digital tools and technologies (CRM systems, ERP, digital platforms);
  • You have excellent communication skills and the ability to multitask;
  • You have strong planning and deadline control skills;
  • You can work with a large amount of information, you have an analytical mindset;
  • You have a level of English — Upper Intermediate is a must;
  • You have personal qualities: a high level of responsibility and independence, result-oriented, flexibility and adaptability to changes in the business environment, leadership qualities and the ability to work in fast-changing conditions;
