Manager of ZED in EKOL LOGISTICS / EKOL LOGISTIKS

The main tasks that await you:

• Preparation of proposals, solutions that provide additional value for the client;
• Forming relationships and building effective communications with all participants from the side of the Client;
• Receiving feedback from the Client and related departments of the Company regarding quality of the services provided;
• Control of the correctness of customs brokerage documents and communication with the Client's suppliers;
• Sending the application to the broker for work and monitoring the timely provision of customs services;
• Sending the application to the transport department and monitoring the timely shipment of goods and delivery terms;
• Timely informing the Clients with current data on the status cargo;
• Consultation of the Client in the field of foreign exchange;
• Control of payment to broker partners, invoicing to Clients and control of payment;
• Negotiations and conclusion of contracts and additional agreements regarding additional services, revision of the cost of services;
• Preparation of reports for Clients.

 We are waiting for you if You:

• Have a bachelor's or master's degree in the field of business management\economics\foreign economic activity;
• Have 2 years of work experience in the ZED in multimodal transportation;
• Professional in conducting effective negotiations and building long-term relationships with clients and partners;
• Speak English at B1 level.
