Manager of work with marketplaces in Kompleksni inzhenerni merezhi, TOV

"Complex engineering networks" is a stable company specializing in the implementation of engineering and technical solutions in the field of water supply, sewage and heating. In connection with the development of e-commerce, we are looking for a marketplace manager.

Responsibilities:

• Managing and development of company accounts on marketplaces: Rozetka, Prom.ua, OLX, Epicenter, etc.
• Creation, filling and optimization of product cards (names, descriptions, characteristics, photo/video, SEO).
• Control of the relevance of prices, balances and order statuses.
• Order processing, communication with customers and marketplace support services.
• Participation in the launch and control of advertising campaigns, promotions, discounts and sales.
• Sales analysis, preparation of reports, work with analytics.
• Interaction with logistics, warehouse and marketing departments.

Requirements:

• Experience with marketplaces (OLX, Prom.ua, Rozetka, etc.).
• Understanding the principles of online sales and e-commerce.
• Knowledge of plumbing, sewage and heating equipment systems or willingness to quickly master it.
• Competent written Ukrainian language.
• Skills for working with Excel / Google Sheets.
• Ability to work with a large volume of products and technical information.
• Attention to details, responsibility, self-organization.
• High communication skills.

Would be an advantage:

• Practical experience with plumbing and engineering equipment.
• Experience with marketplace advertising tools.
• Basic knowledge of SEO for product cards.
• Logistics and fulfillment.
• Experience in working with technical or construction goods.
