As part of team expansion, we are looking for an ambitious and professional Call Center Operator / First Line Customer Support Specialist.
Experience in banking (in priority); experience in customer support - at least 6 months; Ability to work in multitasking mode (email processing, conducting chats, communicating on the phone); Consultation of clients, handling of e-mail requests;

Opportunity to work remotely, hybridly or in the office (5 minutes from Minsk station)
Work schedule: a choice of 3 shifts (8:00-17:00, 10:00-19:00, 12:00-21:00);
